  • Location data: Your country, inferred at the time of visiting, solely to show you the correct localised pricing and currency for our services. This data is not stored and is discarded immediately after use.
  • Payment data: When you purchase a course, Razorpay processes your payment. We store only the transaction outcome and the amount paid. We do not store your card or bank details.
  • Course progress: Completion status of our language study material.
  • Reviews: Any course reviews you submit, which may be displayed publicly on our platform.
  • Contact form: Your name, email address, and message, when you contact us via the contact form.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To create and manage your account.
  • To provide access to courses you have purchased.
  • To track and display your learning progress.
  • To show you localised course pricing based on your region.
  • To process payments securely via Razorpay.
  • To send you transactional emails (purchase confirmation, course welcome, completion certificate) via Resend.
  • To respond to your contact form enquiries.

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell your data to any third party.

We use cookies solely for authentication purposes (managed by Clerk) to keep you signed in to your account. We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies.

Your data is stored on servers located in the Asia-Pacific region. We retain your account and purchase data for as long as your account is active or as required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
